Distant Healing - I find that distant healing is often more powerful than hands-on energy healing, because it opens up my intuitive senses to information which is not always readily available when you are in my presence. Without your physical body in front of me, I am not influenced by our three dimensional interactions, and can free myself to connect with your subtle energy bodies, soul history, and the the language of your spirit. This takes me into the core of what needs to be addressed in that moment to facilitate your journey toward wholeness. During your healing session I will use a variety of techniques to connect with you, raise your vibration and guide you to your well being. These may include Quantum-Touch, Reiki, connecting with my team of healing guides and yours, imagery, breath and sound.
Customized Guided Meditation - In the quantum field, where your consciousness exists, there is no such thing as time and space. Therefore you can connect with your consciousness at any time to receive the benefits of your distant healing session. And you can keep the benefits going by continuing to focus on moving the energy which was shifted during your session. To assist you with this process, your distant healing session will be recorded and emailed to you as a guided meditation. As I run energy I will instruct you on how to connect with what I sense and feel. I'll use my intuitive abilities to find what needs to be shifted and guide you through the process of shifting the energy in a conscious way. As you listen to the recording you will be accessing the healing that is waiting for you and will download it into your conscious experience. Listen as many times as you like, until you feel your mind has grasped and integrated the changes which were made.
